Houston Film Commission Seeking Texas-Made Short Films For Texas Filmmakers Showcase – FREE TO SUBMIT

The Houston Film Commission is seeking Texas-made short films for their Texas Filmmakers Showcase. Any creative short film is eligible if it’s:

Under 40min. in length,
Made by a current Texas resident
Not over 3 years old prior to 3/12/10
Never been submitted before

No genres, No restrictions.
The highest scoring films, as deemed by a panel of film [...]
