I am looking to get on tape for one of the roles for Georgia Sky. I used to live in the Austin area and knew of individuals to help, but am currently in Dallas and would like to now if there is anyone that has equipment in the Dallas area that I could pay so that I can get a quality taping? Absolutely loved this documentary anyone who loves the game of baseball should watch this one. Will the DVD coming out be just like the program we saw on TV. I would like to get a couple copies of this one.

boy oh boy, every jr high school should show this film so these kids and parents truely understand the necessity of coaching and what it really does to mold and shape the integrity of our men in preparation and better understanding of the world to come. My 13 year old son was working out the math (age) if there was a chance he could be coached by Auggie. Can’t wait for the DVD in the fall. I will surely purchase this.

I talked to Kirsten at Richard Linklater’s Detour Filmproduction about Inning By Inning: A Portrait of a Coach and was told “There’s no theatrical run plan, but a DVD with extra features will be released sometime this fall.”

Just wanted to tell everybody I had a blast workin with everyone on the movie Thursday the 5th. Everybody was so nice, and made it easy for my movie devue as the drunk customer. By way of explanation, I am first cousin to Cole Presnell’s mother. That being said, this film is truly an exquisite enigma. A film that could be interpreted differently by each person who views it. Too many rules; too many people who will break any rule just because they can; a racial statement with blacks railing against a caucasian in power; the helplessness and frustration of those who may be trying to set a good example and setting forth what they deem reasonable regulations or whatever else you may have seen in the film. A great piece of work - very thought provoking. I look forward to more from this man as he is on the cusp of a promising career.
