Synopsis: Five fresa teens living in the border city of El Paso, Texas spend their time partying while trying to maintain their Mexican identity in Juarez’s sister city—El Paso. Used to a more extravagant lifestyle in Juarez, they have had to readjust to living in “Hell Paso.” Living in a city that is within the cusp of the notorious Juarez drug wars, the fresas have had to adjust to relocating to a city where many El Pasoans see them as stuck up and unwelcomed. Fresas follows these five young teens and explores their everyday tribulations, dramas and identity issues.

Character Breakdowns:

  • A group of friends that identify themselves as fresas and are not shy in front of the camera. We will be shooting this as a promo for an unscripted reality TV series that we have already pitched to a network that would like to see what the show would like both visually and thematically.
