The World Horror Convention is the annual gathering of professionals in the horror industry; publishers, authors, artists, musicians, filmmakers, dealers and, of course, horror fans. WHC serves as an industry insider’s networking event and a chance for fans of the genre to get together, meet some of the creative talents in the field, and generally spend a weekend celebrating All Things Scary.
And guess who’s been selected to host the 2011 World Horror Convention? Austin, Texas! The film portion of the World Horror Convention includes screening of horror films, as well as panels on how to market and write horror film scripts.  Great for the Austin economy and Texas horror film fans and filmmakers alike! Can. Not. Wait.
