About The Festival:
The URBAN-15 Group is proud to announce the dates for the 2009 Josiah Youth Media Festival. On July 9, 10, and 11 we will be screening the best short films, videos, and animation created by young media makers from Texas and beyond. Last year we screened over 40 works and awarded over a thousand dollars in prizes to winners in four categories.

Submission Details:

• Submission deadline – June 1, 2009
• Films must be less than 20 minutes by filmmakers 21 years of age or younger.
• Submission are FREE.
