To be honest, I think that the people who have the most &quot;success&quot; in the business are the ones who aren&#039;t looking for fame and glory but merely act or direct or write or whatever because there is something inside them that just needs to be creative.  

Adjust your definition of &quot;success&quot; and I think you&#039;ll find that just by sitting down to write a screenplay or appearing in a student film you&#039;ll find that not only have you already helped your own dreams come true but helped everyone else involved with a filmmaking project.  Now what&#039;s not successful about that?
