I've met this grumpy old man. He is a major d-bag whose bs resume is not as full as it looks. He hasn't touched a project in years. Projects he used to work on, fell apart due to his negative attitude and poor content.

I think some people have too much spare time if they think calling clever, talented, and downright hilarious people "losers". Dallywood is creative and I am happy to see that Short Film Texas supports it. It's a shame that Stone Entertainment felt compelled to say something negative, when Texas actors and filmmakers should be encouraging each other to continue to develop original projects in our state. To the Dallywood crew....keep up the GREAT work, and thanks again SFT for showing us the series.

Chris, I appreciate you posting this response. And like you said, everyone's entitled to their own opinion. When we started shooting Dallywood, I just wanted to make something that required a bare bones crew (we shoot with a 2-man crew), and a small cast (made up of our local actor friends). It is extremely low budget and silly - completely by design.

We've had a lot of fun with it so far and had a lot of really positive feedback from people, but it's impossible to make everyone happy. That being said - I'd like to offer Mr. StoneEntertainment.org his 4.5 minutes back via my time-traveling DeLorean.

Yours truly,
Jeff

Hey folks. Hope you're enjoying the Dallywood web series. Personally, I think that Jeff and Bryan and everyone involved do a great job and continue to crack me up with each episode.

Of course, not everyone shares my opinion and I just had to share you with you an email I received today in regards to Dallywood. Some people really need to grow a sense of humor. Enjoy.

"Apparently, you guys have too much spare time. Why don't you spend that time learning how to make quality videos instead of the junk that you're putting on the web ?

There are 10 year olds making better quality, funnier and all around better shorts than what you think is your "great stuff".
Take me off your mailing list as I've already given you your 4 1/2 minutes that I can never get back. Your lack of talent is only exceeded by your lack of skill.

Good luck to you losers..............................StoneEntertainment.org"
