Synopsis:
Short film to be included in a training course on adolescent development for a state agency. This film is a slice of life and showcases examples of common issues in adolescence such as peer pressure, identity crises, sexuality, and body image. The purpose of these scenes is to stimulate discussion among staff working with youth.
Character Breakdowns:
- JOHN (male, 14-19) – Athletic and popular but still tries hard to fit in.
- STEVE (male, 14-19) – Nerdy, wears glasses, clumsy, smaller than the other kids.
- MATT (male, 14-19) – Bully, tough looking, leader of the pack.
- DAVE (male, 14-19) – Tough kid in Matt’s gang.
