UT Students Casting Scene for Directing Workshop
The UT Film Production MFA students are looking for actors for a scene project.
The scene, from the published screenplay “The Devil and Daniel Webster”, will be rehearsed, presented to a directing workshop and shot in February. The role is unpaid, but you will also be considered for roles in short films and will be given digital copies of the
finished project for their reels.
Auditions will be held on Saturday, January 26th.
CASTING:
Character: Jabez - male, (late 20s to mid-40s), down on his luck regular Joe with a thirst to get more out of life, about to sign a pact with the Devil.
COMMITMENT:
Workshop performance: evening, February 6th
Shooting: 1 day, February 9th or 10th
