The roles in this film are great character roles, and we feel that first impressions and instinct will be enough for our casting, thus call backs will not be needed.
Casting:
Pete – Male, 20s to 30s, an eccentric and goofy grown-up child, who cares for his bicycle as if it was the girlfriend he has never had.
Peg – Female, 40s to 60s, older woman who is the only person left in the city with any legitimate power and social respect in the eyes of the people. When Pete gets into trouble, Peg is the only one who can help him out his bind.
Leroy – Male, African American, 20s to 50s, large and physically powerful bodyguard of Peg, who is self conscious of his size, and loyal to his boss.
This project has encompassed the last month of class and will be complete and perfected throughout the end of the semester. The film also is budgeted to enter as many as 5 festivals in the upcoming fall.
