That being said, this film is truly an exquisite enigma. A film that could be interpreted differently by each person who views it. Too many rules; too many people who will break any rule just because they can; a racial statement with blacks railing against a caucasian in power; the helplessness and frustration of those who may be trying to set a good example and setting forth what they deem reasonable regulations or whatever else you may have seen in the film.
