The Business of Film Conference 2008 in Houston, Texas

The Southwest Alternate Media Project, better Known as SWAMP, and TALA (Texas Adolescent Literacy Academies) present the Business of Film Conference 2008 on September 20th from 9 AM - 5:30 PM. The day-long event will focus all on the business of making movies. The Business of Film Conference features several panels and discussions with professionals from the film industry, as well as the legal and financial worlds. The panels will address a wide range of topics, including budgeting for film, film funding resources, music rights for film, film distribution and much, much more!
The Business of Film Conference will take place at the Rice University Media Center (University Blvd. @ Stockton St. Rice entrance #8 Houston, TX - MAP). Admission is $75 for SWAMP members and Students, and $95 for the general public.
