Van Brooks is a man of experience, insight, and class. He has been an actor, teacher, director, writer and photographer for the past 36 years, and has written and directed two shorts and one feature. A cornerstone in the Austin entertainment industry, Van has become regarded as one of the best acting coaches in the city. Formally the General Manager of the Actors Institute in New York, he trained with Dan Fauci, founder of the Institute and the creator of The MASTERY, a system Van now teaches. The MASTERY empowers actors to move to the next level in skills, passion, creativity, focus, and in discovering new ways to explore and express uniqueness.
