THURSDAYS
BEGINS - FEBRUARY 7th

The goal of this class is for student actors to begin the process of learning how to work with the camera and understand it¹s special needs while acting and crewing on different scenes shot around the studio. The class also features cold reading skills, do¹s and don¹ts of set etiquette, and critiquing sessions. Scenes are shot on digital video. Actors have fun doing a variety of action-adventure, drama, sitcom and romance scenes. Actors memorize and rehearse with partners outside of class and bring one VHS videotape.

Class Schedule: 7 weeks, 6:30 p.m.’til done.

SATURDAY CLASS FOR KIDS
FEB. 9, 16, 23rd

For Kids who have the showbiz bug¹ to experience commercials, scene study, improvisation and film acting skills. Ages 8-10. Taught by Mona Lee and guests. Meets at BriteLites Studio

COLD READING
2 Wednesdays - 3/5, 3/19

Students simulate audition scenarios by role-playing casting directors, agents, directors, readers, and auditioning actors. 3 sessions.
