Filmmaking Competition Pits Dallas / Ft. Worth Filmmakers Against One Another
2008 DFWshortfest Competition.

This filmmaking contest pits filmmakers in the DFW area against one another.
The catch is they’re judged by the group of peers they’re competing against! Additionally, the competition will see films from some of Dallas’ most respected fimmakers starring many highly regarded actors and actresses from the area.
The event will be hosted by Dallas actor Keith Douglas.
Contest Description:
Filmmaker anonymously submit his or her short film into the competition. Each film will bear only a title and the film itself. No identifying names, logos, trademarks, or any other indicators are allowed. The films are then put onto a master playlist where they will be run in no particular order at the competition.
Submission fee:
$20/filmmaker, up to 3 short films no longer than 10 minutes each.
