UT undergraduate film student casting for a scene from the feature film “Donnie Darko” for a directing workshop class.

SHOOTING SCHEDULE:
2-3 evening rehearsals - (Feb. 5th – 13th)

In Class Scene Work - Thursday, February 14th, 6:30 – 7:00 p.m.

1-Day Shoot - sometime between February 15th – 17th

CASTING:

DONNIE - high school adolescent. He struggles with a severe case of schizophrenia during his high school years. His struggle between reality and fiction drives him into isolation and loneliness.

GRETCHEN - high school female. The product of a fractured family, she must find a new identity in an unfamiliar town. Quiet, yet strong-willed.

Paid/Non-Paid: Non-Paid but DVD completed scene for reel provided. that can be used for the actor’s reel.
Meals: Meal provided
