Actors needed for UT Graduate Short Film

Second-year MFA graduate student directing an original script called “Good Guys, Inc.”, a modern day superhero story about a woman who comes from a supervillain family, but longs to be a superhero.

Actors Needed:

Main speaking Roles:
1 Female (Carrie Destructo), late 20’s to early 30’s, protagonist
1 Male (Alan Destructo), late 50’s to early 60’s, Carrie’s supervillain father
1 Female (Grandma Destructo), late 70’s to early 80’s, Carrie’s supervillain grandmother

Secondary Speaking Roles:
1 Male (Fred), late 30’s to early 40’s, Carrie’s corporate boss
1 Male (Ubermensch), early to mid 30’s, superhero
1 Female (Supersonic Woman), early to mid 30’s, superhero
1 Male (Earshot Man), early to mid 30’s, superhero

Homeless Man/Press/Firefighter

Commitments:
-Rehearsals before shooting date, to take place in September and October
-5 - 7 shooting days in late October (exact dates TBA)

Compensation: DVD of final edited product. Food will also be provided.
