Casting Call for “The Intruders.”

Film Title: The Intruders
Film Type: Short Film
Shooting Schedule: 3 days
Location: Austin, Texas

Synopsis:
Intruders tells the story of Claire, who has just moved away from the big city. where she has lived all her life, and into a beautiful new country home in hopes of starting a new life and a family with her husband. On the first night in their new home, Claire’s husband gets called in to work and she is left, aside from her dog, alone in this foreign house in the middle of nowhere. It is then when she realizes that there is something, or possibly someone, inside the house that wants them out.

Casting:
Claire – Needs to be able to play mid-late 20’s. There are many parts in the story where we will rely solely on her facial expressions to carry the film, and so please be very comfortable with physical acting. Any experience in print modeling is a plus too.

Claire’s husband – late 20’s – early 30’s – needs to be a guy that has lived in the city for a good period of time, but grew up in the country. So he needs to have a look tat combines both of these.

Husband’s brother – late 20’s – early 30’s-a little less refined. A country boy.

Auditions:
Auditions on-screen will take place in August.
