Film Synopsis:
When Dave discovers he will be receiving a cadaver tendon during surgery to repair his leg, he is convinced it will infect his whole body and cause him to turn into a zombie.

Casting:
Dave – 30’s, athletic, turns into zombie?
Charles – 30’s, Dave’s best buddy
Sharon – 20’s-30’s, Dave’s girlfriend
Doctor – Informs Dave on surgery, occasionally looks like a zombie
