S.A. Underground Film Fest is back for 13th year with three-day event

WHAT: The San Antonio Underground Film Festival will premiere at two new locations: the renovated Aztec on the River and the newly constructed Jean Longwith Radio, Television and Film Building at San Antonio College screening 62 independent films from around the globe.

The 2007 winners will be in attendance.
