Reel Women is gearing up for pre-production for our next short film, “The Listmaker,” the winning script from our recent screenplay competition, written by Indiana Adams.

ALL positions are currently open, including:

Director
DP/Cinematographer
Line Producer
Production Designer
Sound Technician
Gaffer
Script Supervisor
Wardrobe/Makeup
Locations
Craft Service
PAs
Assistants in all areas

In keeping with our mission, this is the ONLY thing we do that is limited to FEMALE RW MEMBERS. As this is a learning experience, we will use novices, “shadows” and interns in many areas, however, anyone applying for a key position should have some kind of related experience.

If you want to learn something about filmmaking and get some practical experience, DO NOT let lack of experience or knowledge keep YOU from applying to be on this crew.

A production schedule has not been established, but most likely we will start pre-production in the next month or so and shoot the film after the first of the year.
